Day 1: Theory and Core Concepts
• Anterior and posterior approaches to Anterior Vitrectomy and management of Ruptured Posterior Capsule (RPC)
• Advanced iris suturing techniques for reconstructive and functional purposes
• Lens fixation and suturing strategies in aphakic eyes, including scleral fixation options

Day 2: Immersive Hands-On Practice
• Wet lab practice with synthetic eyes and high-fidelity virtual simulators based on Day 1 teachings
• Training on surgical microscopes and use of specialized anterior segment instrumentation
• Real vitrectomy probe use and trocar placement techniques
• Step-by-step training on advanced artificial eye models, including Yamane scleral fixation and Canabrava techniques for IOL implantation
